Who operates AIvid

AIvid is operated by Newman Vault, LLC, a Texas limited liability company. This policy describes how AIvid handles information submitted through the website.

Information we collect

Account data: the email address you register and a salted password hash. We never store your plain-text password.
Generation data: the images you upload, the prompts you enter, and the settings you choose (style, aspect ratio, duration) when you generate a video.
Library records: a list of videos associated with your account, including the job identifier, prompt, settings, status, and creation time, so you can find and manage your generations.
Session data: an HTTP-only session cookie that keeps you logged in. It is used for authentication, not advertising.

How information is used

We use this information to authenticate your account, enforce your monthly generation limit, create and deliver your videos, maintain your library, respond to support requests, and protect the service. We do not sell your data or use it for third-party behavioral advertising.

Service providers

OpenRouter and AI model providers: when you generate a video, your prompt, images, and generation parameters are sent to OpenRouter, which routes the request to the underlying model (currently ByteDance's Seedance). Generated video content is delivered back through AIvid. These providers process your content under their own terms and privacy practices.
Hosting: the service runs on infrastructure operated by Newman Vault, LLC and is delivered over HTTPS.

We may disclose information when required by law or to protect rights, safety, or security.

Retention and deletion

Account and library data is retained while your account is active. You can delete individual videos from your library at any time; deletion removes your access to the video through AIvid. You may request full account deletion by emailing us, and we will delete your account and associated records. Generating videos is not required for account deletion requests.

Your choices

You can view and delete your generated videos in the "My videos" section of the site, and log out at any time. To request access, correction, or deletion of your account data, contact us.

Security

Passwords are stored as salted PBKDF2 hashes, authentication cookies are HTTP-only, and the service is delivered over HTTPS. No transmission or storage method is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

AIvid is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will remove it.

Changes

We may update this policy as the service or its providers change. The revision date above identifies the current version.
