AIvid is operated by Newman Vault, LLC, a Texas limited liability company. AIvid is a website that lets registered users create short videos from their own images and text prompts using third-party generative AI models.
You must register an account with a valid email address and password to generate videos. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, keeping your password confidential, and activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
You keep ownership of the images you upload and the prompts you enter. You are responsible for having the rights to the images you upload. Generated videos are made available to you through your account library. You may delete videos from your library at any time; deleting a video removes your access to it through AIvid. Do not upload images of people who have not consented, or content that is unlawful, harmful, or infringing.
Do not use AIvid to create unlawful, deceptive, harassing, or sexually explicit content; to impersonate real people without consent; to generate content involving minors inappropriately; to interfere with or overload the service; to access the service with another person's account; or to circumvent usage limits or access controls. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations.
Videos are generated by third-party AI models accessed through OpenRouter (currently ByteDance's Seedance model). AI generation is probabilistic: results may be inaccurate, unexpected, or unusable, and identical requests may produce different outputs. The service may be slow, unavailable, or changed at any time, and individual generations may fail.
Registered accounts currently receive a limited number of free generations per calendar month, shown in the app. No payment is collected at this time. Paid tiers shown on the site are planned and are not yet available for purchase; when they launch, their billing terms will be presented before any payment.
AIvid runs on infrastructure operated by Newman Vault, LLC and relies on OpenRouter to process generation requests and deliver model output. When you generate a video, your prompt, images, and generation parameters are sent to OpenRouter and the underlying model provider. See the Privacy Policy for details. Each provider operates under its own terms.
AIvid is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. Newman Vault, LLC does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, generation quality, or a particular result. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Newman Vault, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Any limits that cannot lawfully apply remain unaffected.
You may stop using AIvid and request account deletion at any time. We may change, suspend, or discontinue the service or any feature, and may update these terms; the revision date above identifies the current version.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
